Workshop Description: Opportunity for students to record their own narratives through photos, videos, written and oral expression, and artistic expression. Workshop centered around narrative opportunities to: make your own “I am” shirt, participate in a mural and make your own artwork, participate in the video/photo booth to record your experience, participate in a writing exercise to collect the written expression of student experience, participate in a discussion around crafting your narrative and what it means to express your identity and your story. Opportunity (all day) for students to record their own experiences via audio OR video so that they can be passed on for future generations of CSSW students.
Workshop Goal: The celebration and recognition of the wide range of student experience and the creation of long-lasting videos that can be used for future students who may be able learn from the experiences of current students.
